We’ll cut to the chase: the travel industry isn’t a fun place to be right now. Things are a bit unbalanced in Japan travel. Also, with another major war/conflict happening and the economic outlook looking, well, bad, we decided now would be a really good time for us to take a survey of our guests (and the general public) to see how we can adjust our offerings and improve.
